VIN is for a 3/4 two wheel drive
Definitely bigger drivetrain from a 1 ton or bigger 4x4
Possibly homemade, or small after-market shop
I wish they had a few inside cab pics

"1961 Ford F 250 4X4 Conversion Airport Fire Rescue Truck Project offered by Gas Monkey Garage *** NO RESERVE **! This is one very unique and rare truck(I’ve never seen one) that started life as a 1961 F250 4X2 built at the Mawah plant in Dec 1960 with the 292 CID V8 and Automatic Transmission. It was converted to 4X4 with the addition of a Rockwell Standard Corporation kit that has U.S ARMY stamped on the ID plate. There is a Braden Winch driven off of the PTO. From the cowl back the body is a purpose built aluminum coach that was specially outfitted for Fire Rescue with multiple access doors and panels along with several hand operable spot lamps."

dash is school bus style, truck is most likely a chassis/cowl from factory

Just click on the link and scroll down through the description.

There are dozens of photos from all around/inside/under the vehicle.
