I must admit.. I would take good hamburgers over steak until I turned about 40... Now I am like mmmmmmmmmm

Good steak is my favorite meal
I pick the bone clean !
Cooking on the grill at home, it's amazing how fast they cook....
1 Always let the meat get to room temp...
2 I only use salt n pepper
3 cook on each side twice, one minute a time (total 4 min)
4 then I let sit covered about 7-10 minutes

Nice & pink inside, but no blood pouring out on the plate

Dammit ! ..... now I'm hungery for steak

yeah Joe we drove through there some years back, had had a late breakfast so we didn`t try it !
in all honesty we struggle to eat most meals over there, there just so generous with the food !
