SS 8 T-shirts

Post by Casey 65 »

Time for Slicksters to put on their thinking caps and submit a design for the Slick Stock 8 T-Shirt! First place winner will have their design on the T-Shirts. I'm going to go with the same supplier that Pat used for the SS7 T-shirts.

Also, would everyone be Okay with paying a bit more to have a T with a pocket?

I'm with Ross, these light coloured shirts are a pain for us slobs :( , lets be daring and have a darker colour..

fyi.gif and for my first suggestion , is mid blue with the Slick 60's emblem on the back with the other relevant info .. where and when, under that on the back
with a small emblem on the front left chest...... :burp:

 Thanks Ross... but I missed the pocket as our friend Chook ( alias Paul Fenn ) pointed out, he has an eye for detail for sure!

Ford Blue would be nice !

Sky blue?
Or Robin egg blue...

Then there is early engine blue or late...
now, on that pocket? With or without flap??? Oh, and does it need a button?

how about a soft collar , like a golf shirt...

I really like Allen's suggestion, however the slick60s emblem might not work out over darker colors. Awhile back I printed up some decals of the emblem in different sizes. If you P.M. me an address I can either send you some or apply them on a clear sheet so you can check them over color samples....

I like the idea of a pocket on the front for things like
sunglasses and such! Also a color close to Ford Blue
would be cool? I know the gray shirts have been popular
for a good while in various shades in place of white ones
which as we all know are difficult to keep clean for some
of us, myself included! Looking forward to seeing what
comes out of this! TR

 As close to Ford blue as possible would be good, without flaps on pockets or buttons and yes to the Polo shirt with collar, and as long as they come in XL I'm happy !

fyi.gif I've also been told that, not only are darker colours better for Slobs, they are also slimming for those beer belly Fellas ! :burp:

Any particular requirement on the design?

Can I see what the old designs were? Would give me an idea what to put on a new one. I have last years slickstoxk shirt.

When is deadline?

Just piggyback on everyone else... I like dark shirts. Dark blue, dark gray, dark reds... bold :)

It is still a long way off but will be here before we know it!
The polo style shirt sounds nice but is a bit higher in price.
I like the idea of a medium blue pocket T with a logo above
the pocket and a design on the back! All depends on the ink
in the screen print as far as colors go. I have a design in mind
I am working on. Have to make a few changes to it but think
it might work. TR

Maybe the T shirt could be like a Advent Calendar, but with 730 pockets in it, so by the time all the pockets a empty, you'll know it's Slick Stock time again !

Hello Gerry what you reckon ?
