Free 223 engine

Post by fire704 »

FREE!! I have a 223 6cyl. that came out of my 64 F250. It ran well when pulled about 18 yrs ago, but was getting tired. It has been stored inside. You need to pick it up. As best this old guy can remember, it is complete. It need's to be gone by Aug 29th. I also have a nos intake manifold that will go with it. Located at Auburn In, north of Fort Wayne about 15 miles. I just ask that you use it and not sell it for junk. If interested you can call me at: 260-490-4546 or 260-385-1948. Denny

Good on you for giving it away instead of scrapping it
Hopefully it will live again in another vehicle !

I do not have a need for a 223 but am looking for a three speed bell for both a y block and a 223, if anyone is looking to throw one out.

Fire 704 is one hellofa guy. He helped me out with some parts for my slick and didn't want a penny. He's a real nice guy and has a beautiful truck. If there were more men like him...
