1966 F100 lwb rolling chassis and complete drivetrain Phx.

Post by Another66 »

I'm in Phoenix, Az. area and getting ready to do a chassis swap. For sale SOON, 1966 F100 lwb. rolling chassis, engine, and complete drivetrain. I would like to sell as a complete unit but I will consider parting out. The truck runs and drives well at this time. You can hear the engine run and test drive components, before I begin the tear down. Details- Engine = 352 v8 2v. Runs good no smoke, has very good oil pressure through out the temp range and at idle. It does leak oil. Trans = NP 435 granny gear 4spd., factory floor shift, shifts good no issues. Rear axle = *Dana 60*, 5 lug, Posi / Trac Loc, 3:54 to 1 gear ratio. The chassis = lwb original Az. truck with az. patina surface rust only. Not bent or tweaked. The suspension and brakes are all functional but the shocks are weak and need replaced. It runs down the road fine, doesn't pull and streers well. The tires have only about 100 miles on them and were purchased in mid December of 2017, so about 1 month old. This is all I'm selling. I'm NOT selling body parts or a complete truck. Asking $1800. Trade or part trades considered.

Although there has been no interest here, I will post updates. The trans is sold, and a guy from New Mexico is coming for the engine this weekend.
