PM's not working again?

May be just me and my computer, but they seem to be stacking up in my outbox.

Now that you mention it I have three stacked up in my outbox. one each to
Doc Pepper,
fire truck,
and pokomoko.
course there could be other reasons.

my understanding is that they will stay in your outbox until they are read. I think the real issue is that the notifications aren't working - both for PMs and for replys to posts. At least I'm not getting any notifications.

I've had one in my outbox since last Dec for fire truck
Haven't had any notifications in months....

No notifications for me either.
Edit: I'll have to modify that. I did receive e-mail notifications of PM's from admin(s) fairly recently when I was having login problems, but no notifications to posts or comments.
