I need 2 steel rims for my f-100 8" wide 5 on 51/2 with 3" back space at wheel vintiques thats a 62 series rim that reversed. Can anyone help me find these rims. thanks Jerry

Have you checked with Summit or Speedway? They are both vendors
for Wheel Vintiques. I do know Speedway does not list their wheels with our
trucks bolt pattern, but since they are a vendor they can get any bolt pattern
you need and 5 on 5.5 should be doable. TR

Hi everyone I'm new here. I built my own wheels using the innie centers and new 8 inch hoops from Speedway motors. I was able to build a pair for the front and back with the proper off sets to center the wheels in their respective wheel wells. The fronts look totally stock and the rears are reversed so the truck doesn't look knock kneed from the rear. I am using P265-70-15 tires and at the stock ride height the wheel wells are filled very nice. It is very easy to do and the innie wheel center clears my front disc brake conversion with a 1/4 steel spacer. I believe that I have less than $400.00 in the hoops, installation and spacers (at a machine shop), including powder coating. Good luck with your projects!

I hope by looking at the pictures you can see that the front wheels have a somewhat normal set back but are centered in the front wheel wells better than the original wheels did. Also the innie centers will clear the disc brake calipers with a 1/4" spacer ( that I had my machinist make)which also allows you to use the innie caps once you cut the ridge off from the bearing dust cap. When you cut the cap you would think that it wouldn't stay on and do its job but it does. The rear wheels have a large reverse set that it allows the wheels to NOT look knock kneed when looking at the truck from the rear. I don't have the set back dimensions in my head but if anybody is serous in making a set like mine I would be happy to supply them. I bought 8x15 hoops from Speedway auto. I drilled out the rivets that hold the centers of my innie wheels and removed the centers from their hoops. I took the centers (after sand blasting them) and new hoops to my local machine shop and asked the owner to clean up the centers ( the centers had sharp edges and would gouge the new hoops if they were not removed) on a lathe, then install the hoops on my centers to my specs and true them. He tack welded the centers so they wouldn't move then I finished welding them at home. I then took them to powder coated. The tires are P265-75/R15's, they fill the wheel wells and don't make the truck too hard to steer.
