the 223 in my truck

i always had fun making things better than they wer when they wer brand new.a 63 ford step side with a 223 just happen to be my first truck when i was 16. now that im 39 i have another truck with a 223. and the motor is going through a complete rebuildwith all the after market gooddes i could find.
