Just a quick note to say Hi? I am located in Onoway, Alberta.
It's good to already see a few maple leaf emblems on this board!

I own a 64 merc 100 that has been in my family since day 1. My parents bought it about 2 months before I was born and it was my first vehicle when I got my licence. It was a faithful ride right through high school and until marriage and the arrival of our second kid. We then had to get an 87 supercab 1/2 ton to haul the family. It now sits in my backyard awaiting rebirth, as a midlife weekend cruiser, and general driver.

Thanks for the welcome!

I have seen the pics of your ford on the site. That is one good looking unit you have there.

OK guys we just got another member here in CDA so lets start proving JC wrong and plan some kind of get together soon. Call it a pre Slick Stock practice run or something. Maybe plan to caravan to Slick Stock. I'll host it if anyone is interested.

We've got a lot of good camping here and a couple of pretty inexpensive motels that I can get a discount for anyone needing it. Maybe do a spring get together. Sometime in May, June or July.
Doesn't have to be here, somewhere centrally located, so Canada, Idaho,Washington, California and all locations in the region can be reached reasonably easy.
We need to start talking about it now so there is enough time for some planning.
I'm planning a trip to Oroville Ca in July and I'm planning on driving my 62.

Welcome 64merc from Edmonton. Ya, the city looking for a new hockey team  . Us Albertans should do a get together, maybe in Red deer or somewhere. Nice to see another Albertan on here. Tons of info here.
