any experience here? Our pivot point has let go---rewelded...

1)advice?

2)replacement bell housing w/pivot pt attached for sale?

you should be able to unscrew it and put in a new one, I think

I had the bracket bolt (one of two) broke off in the block. It holds the ball on the eng side for the Z bar. I tryed keeping the one tight but had to repair it later on. I could not get a finger on it to get it out so I started pulling the engine. While it was half out I unscrewed it with my finger.

He may be talking about the throwout bearing lever it has a pivot point inside the bellhousing.
