The Houston area??
Er ah, I think there might be a couple of us here... LOL
We probably have one of the largest groups of Slick owners in the country in one area.
However, to be fair, the guys in North Texas are gaining ground rapidly.
Welcome to our little family.
Can't wait to meet you.

Wait a minute, where do I fit into this demographic profile? Am I part of the Houston area group, part of the Dallas group, or in no mans land?

Welcome to the asylum.

I'm another one of the Houston area Slicksters, down here in League City.

Michelle.
Houston claims you.
For more reasons that proximity LOL
Looks like it might be time for another Houston area get together before we all load up and head for Pate in April.
What do the rest of you think?
Where this time and who wants to step up and host it?
How about somewhere out near west Houston or Katy?
If you want to do that lets start another thread and see what comes up.

Uncle Skip

Wasn't Brian Taylor trying to organize something for March/April?

I will try to find the recent thread.

Sorry Brian was distracted since my wifes surgery. I am still wanting to put something on but have not had time with it.

You can do it yourself. You've got a lot of local help.
Just e-mail me and I'll put you on the contact list and you can copy all the local area Slick guys addresses.
I can say that collectively, we're looking forward to meeting you.
Also, we go to the big Pate swap meet at the end of April every year where we meet up with the miscreants from the Dallas and Oklahoma area. If you want to go, let me know.

I am ready for a meet up. Katy area sounds good to me. What are the Pate dates?. Heres another alternative if any of you are interested, we are having a truck show in Smithville in conjunction with the Jamboree on April 20. I am coordinated the show with the Yellow Rose chapter of my truck club. We will have a lot of big trucks there as well as pick ups. I would love to see a good showing of Fords there. There is a five dollar entry fee. We make pictures of every truck as they come in and from those pictures we make show books and send to all entrants. There will also be trophies awarded.
