You need to shorten the tubing going to the squirters. Surprised they haven't been burnt in two by the manifolds when you shut the hood.

Undecided on the suspension drop.

No, It makes a long bed look l-o-n-g-e-r and the cab look >smaller<...The truck just looks so neat just like it is. I haven't ever been big on black trucks and they can be a bear to keep clean, but darn it ,your's is as sharp as h*ll!! Those wheels and the interior set it off. my :2cents:

Usually I am a fan of lowering. However, I really, REALLY like the way your truck looks as it is now. I don't think lowering it would be an improvement.

I say make sure it has a nice exhaust on her and I like the looks of a bed cover. That is the only 2 things I would do to her if she was mine. I think she looks great with the red steelies. Didn't the trim down the side use to have red in it??? Mine don't have trim so I don't know, just thought it did... :dontknow:

Truck looks great as is......

I'm thinking it looks good as is. Anthony...think the painted trim was either just 64 or maybe 64 and earlier.

I was thinking that if it had red in the trim, it would stand out more against the black?? Just thinking out loud...LOL

I'm not a fan of lowered trucks. It's a truck, not a car. I know 200 others on the site will disagree with me but to me it just looks wrong.

Also, not cheap to do on a Twin I Beam truck.

I voted no, but with one reservation. I don't like the fact that our trucks look like their tunning downhill all the time, because of lack of weight in the bed. Solution, put some weight in the bed. Many of our trucks willnever haul a load of gravel anymore, so I vote for a more even front to back stance. I've looked at these trucks over the years and half of those I've seen look like the bed is at and angle to the cab. It may just be the extra spring height in the back forming an optical allusion, or soome other piece of geometry. I think our trucks would look better settin level, and this would get rid of some of this wierd look. So I vote for droping one or two springs in the back or dropeed spring mounts of some sort. Perhaps mono leafs? Can I go back and vote both ways?

With the rings & caps you got a Old School look going. Dago it. drop the front, leave the back as is!

The truck looks great as it is. Plus right now you don't have to jack it up to change the oil!
