After seeing the picture a day or so and talking about family memories with the old trucks, I found this one from last fall right after I bought the 66. This is self evident of why MY Slick runs so good....a top notch pit crew!

That was the effect I wanted. My wife is great with the digital camera and the picture stuff on the computer. It's really cool for me because most of my car/truck interest came from doing this kind of stuff with my grandad, and alot of what we played with was his 65 F100 that I still have to this day. THIS is what really makes a Slick priceless!

dude, it makes me SO happy to see that!!! keep them kids in the grease and bring 'em up right... I started out along the same lines, when I was about 3... And look what I've gotten myself into... I'm GLAD I got involved...
'63 with 390 & lots of juice. But never enough. Always want more.

i thought it was a 60s pic till i saw the shoes, then read what you said. still i remember being in a similar situation many times, and being each of the 3 ppl in the picture at least once

-Horn ring contact tube repair
-turn signal indicator fix
Mikhail Kalashnikov and Nikola Tesla are the guys i think of when i build things.
