I put both an oil pressure switch and an inertia switch on my 64, both switches are connected to the ground wire of my relay. The oil pressure switch is open when there is no oil pressure. I got the inertia switch out of the CV that my frt suspension came from, the switch is above the left rear wheel house in the trunk. It has a reset button on it that you can also use as a theft deterant. I don't remember the part # of my Carter fuel pump but it was about $40 or $50.
