Thought I might as well introduce myself. I'm an old grey beard with bikes, hot rods and now a Slick!.........Thanks for the great info I have already recieved.
Just bought this '64 F250 from a friend..........Lot's of work for the next few months.

Yes,
I took both axles and the front monos out of the Uni to make the 250 a 100. I built the rear spring packs from the 250's original ones though. The Uni's lowered rear springs were way too soft, the same thing done with the 250 springs seems about right. I'll know better how it rides after I have it driveable.
