Need transmission fixed in Arizona

Who in the Phoenix-Scottsdale-Mesa are can help me with my transmission?

Its a 1964 F100 3 on the tree. It jumps out of 1st when you start off. Reverse works OK. Wont shift into 2nd or 3rd. We tried to replace mounts and replaced some shifting linkage parts but no luck. I need to take it to someone who can fix it.
