Holy g-zuz, you are getting ready to harvest already?? (or is this jusy hay?)....on my trip to southern Alberta yesterday, in the ares where there were crops (a good part of the trip was through areas where the land is really only suitable for grazing, so saw lots of calfs:), the crops were just barely sprouting, as I don't think they seeded more than a few weeks ago.....

my white/gmc tractor at work is a 1991 model with 1.4 million miles on it. in the trucking industry it is considered pretty old.

I too use old equipment. Being 68 years young me and my equipment suit each other. Like many of us If I can't afford to buy it I build it. If I build it I don't have to "modify" something to make it work.

I'm going to have lots of fun with this thread!!!!!!! I use an 815IH (just retired the 715). Used the 820 john deere to finish seeding last night. Got a 1938 case stationary engine with period correct belt driven welder. Use a 1961 ford F600 with box and hoist to haul seed to the drills. Dad uses a fleet of Farmalls (2 w4's, a C, A superA)to tend to his market garden. As well as all kinds of other neat old stuff. For now, this is the only picture I have. Like I said FOR NOW.
