What is different between the 250 and 100?
8 lug spindles and axle
Heavier springs?
What else?

Maybe it is a 60 then. I'll Google it to get images of the differences. I have D44's under my Jeep.

Just the front hubs are different, spindles and axle are the same. My '62 had double leading shoes on it, I swapped to 100 stuff and it all bolted right on. A 9" rear and it's ready for the 460!
