Reservations number

Call 816-464-2345 and ask for Reservations.

Tell them you are booking for Slick Stock or Slick 60s

The dates are Wednesday Aug 15th 2012 thru Saturday Aug 18th 2012. Most leave Slick Stock on Sunday morning. (The 19th)

Our guarinteed room rate is $75 a night.

Who did y'all talk to? I called just now and Ian (if I heard his name right) said the system was telling him it was too far in advance to book and an error message. He also said we couldn't book for prior to Wed 8/15. I'm feeling a de-ja-vu from the last time-LOL!

the lady i talked to had info on the group rate and the days, had no problem with adding more days
but did say
if you change your reservation after the blocked rooms were all reseved/full (deleted days) or left early during the reserved days you may be subject to a different price rate apparently at the discretion of the management and if you cancelled after check-in time on the 1st day you would be charged for that day at possibly a different rate.

bottom line is they are sticky on the reservations / cancellations policy.

Make sure you call and ask for Reservations. When you get someone, most likely they will even say it's too far in advance but when you mention SlickStock and they start punching keys, they'll say "Well I'll be doggone" like the guy I spoke with said.

I know it's pretty far in advance but now I have a confirmation number and it was the only thing that would cure my withdrawls for a brief spell.

I got us booked but could not get the Tuesday the 14th because it was outside "block" grrrr... oh well at least we have our reservations...

I talked to the Hotel management and extended the block to include Monday the 13th, Tuesday the 14th to the block of rooms. you should lnow be able to book the days you wish. Sorry about the mixup. it should be fixed now. If you have made reservation you should be able to add one or two days.

gregg, kc to augusta in just under 30hrs with one hour of sleep. lol so i know it can be done. i have done it.
just fly down and hang out. that is really what it is all about.
last year i didn't even hardly look at the trucks. i was too busy just talking to old friends.
