Eye Candy from the Tin Can Tourist event in Milford , Mich

Post by rcb1020 »

I'm a member of the TCT group ( Vintage Campers & RV's ) , we had a gathering in Milford , Michigan ...here's a few pictures

The first and last photo is my 1966 Ford F100 4x4 Camper , I added some bullet hole stickers to the front clip to cover the bad spots. I have all rust free sheet metal waiting to be installed in the near future.

that 64 4x4 is sharp. wow. although it looks to be on a later frame (big bed gap) so maybe it's just dressed in a 64 grill and valance

Is that topper on the red truck for real? or a converted houseboat?

it is seriously cool, but I would hate to drive it in a wind!

I believe it's on a later frame , the camper part is all original from factory. It sat in a heated building for 40 years and the inside is amazing ! The truck he bought separate and married the two together. He has new 3/4 ton that he puts that camper in also. The camper is a Del Rey Sky Lounge from the 60's

Very cool! I like the size of yours, not to big, that Sky Lounge is awesome! I would love an Airstream one day, sure would look awesome behind a slick!

That Econoline is towed behind a vintage camper bus by a couple from Canada , I wanna say it's a 1948 Western.
