Ezer ,
hope you got em zipped up.... pockets, that is !!!!!
Oi Oi Oi.....

Alan ,
We, (the land gurt by sea ) hope you've acclimatised and kept up your fluid intake, as the heat can be devastating to ones training and overall performance.
Your P.A. will take notes to ensure your training is on track, and the vegimite is safe from sabotage.
just as well that high altitude training was completed recently, it all helps.....

The Clarenden two day'er meet is on this weekend ....need something ??

Truckrat,, we are in Norman OK tonight!, watching the smoke billowing up into the sky!, thinking of all the people who have lost their homes, very sad thing to have happen. so if you would like to catch up on Saturday, give us a call mate!

Alan n' Lyn,
Are you visiting Lake Thunderbird......in Norman OK , Gotta keep it an all Henry theme !!!!!

Is this the lake they used in the 1966 British tv series of the Thunderbirds in supermarionation, as they blast of on another rescue mission ? or have my childhood dreams been shattered !!

Please ensure it's a pic of Lyn, at Lake Thunderbird enjoying the vacation, if you go.

Be careful , recon' Ezer is up to no damn good.
I suspect, he's after the vegimite and winning the gold medal.....cunning bugger eh ! (using a bourbon coctail to nobble your entry in the premier event at SS 5 .)
Do you think the others are wise to your training and special diet .?
