What Did you do to your slick this weekend (09/22/2012)

Post by White97 »

Harper and the HAMB gave me the idea we should start this each Monday. The HAMB has the weekly art archive which is a great browse.

I installed new front disc calipers on both sides after the driver side refused to release.

Picked up some more parts,(thanks Jason and Skip!), made the requisite tour of the local LKQ, mounted my "Ford Tuff" front plate, cussed the deplorable condition of my shops, gave up on looking for tools and parts, went to two meets for inspiration, then went home and slept!

Fixed the ignition switch in my '66. Cleaned some junk out of the Unibody and got it moved into a work bay at the race shop.

Installed new plugs and plug wires. Cleaned up and painted oilbath air filter housing. Pounder out a dent in the roof, filled and sanded. Pulled the switches, bezel, etc out of the cab, Yanked out front and back windows (thankfully did not break either). Attempted to removed sound defener (floor liner) and had very little success.
