My Truck Doesn't Have A Headliner Or Carpeting And To Me It's Not All That Bad. That Being Said I Can't Imagine One Of Those Cardboard Headliners Providing Much Sound Deadening Without Some Insulation Underneath... Not Sure About The Bucket-Seats. Good-Luck!

'90s seats will work with the original tracks installed on them; Mustang (and other Ford of the era) buckets work great with the brackets reproduced by Bill W, one of our members.

It's up to you and how you want to build your truck. But I have to say Greybeards headliner would be the way I would go. And I would add insulation up above. Either Foil-based stuff or other but anything helps.
More importantly it not so much for sound but cooling and heating retention. JMHO
It get s over 100 degrees here in the summer and I know the insulation and headliner helps whether you have air cond or not.
