I made the mistake of calling my best friend (whos a kiwi) an aussie when I first met her.
Since then I've thoroughly enjoyed explaining to her that I can't tell the difference between the kiwi and aussie accents
her reply is always "but but but aussies sounds so WHINY!!"
I think you both need to learn to drive on the right side of the road and then learn that a "fanny" is not what you think it is. Its a childs bottom that you spank when they've been bad you pervs

I get it.
I also belong to a Led Zeppelin forum. We were all posting our username meanings. Some UK members thought I meant dOdgey, which is totally different.

Yeah it's a crime what losers do to the language. . . .
The Gay 1890's of Taluselatrec, & Follies "whatever", sure as hell had a different meaning than the gay 1990s we just came through a decade ago.
As a Lad of Scottish desent Gay used to mean a good time like Holidays, vacations or special events to me & my folks . . . .not no mo' tho' Call me a gay laddie today & I just might issue a dose of hot lead poisoning in response to the accusation
Don't let it get to ya Rip. Hardcore druggies don't last all that long and their replacements will steal another word or phrase to muck up.
[quote="Johnny Canuck"]That mean you're headed for the long drop ?
No its actually a KIWI under ground bar-b-que,not like the KOORI here they just throw the kangaroo on the fire, singe the fur off,and 2,4,6,eight dig in dont want.
