Not that the music is similar, but if you like seeing famous performers just gettin' down together and enjoying themselves, you should take a look at A Black and White Night with Roy Orbison. It is fabulous, just like this clip, in that the people are clearly enjoying themselves and doing a lot of ad lib etc.
