Two inch body drop

Post by Day 2 »

So, I've got my 2" body drop finished, and I have to say I'm quite pleased with it. After two years of crawling under and over my truck planing this I'm DONE...well almost, still have some loose ends to hook up. Putting new gaskets on the headers and stuff. So heres a pic of it ,

I like it! Looks great! I have considered doing the same to my shortbed '64. Did you photo-document what you did? Would you share some info on how you did it?

When you get the stance of a Slick just right....nothing else matters

I love it, you're about a 1/2 lower than mine. Your sure to get some thumbs-up. BUT if a man is missing his thumbs, watch out for the whirly bird......

The pic above is what the cuts in the bed look like before doing the finishing work. Thinking about a wood floor, or maybe a wood bed cover...
The battery is just sitting there, its mounted under the bed in that same location to the frame rail using the original battery box.
