Let's see, roof replaced, both cab corners (inside and out) replaced, both floor pans replaced. Need to replace cab mounts, left cab cross member, rust repair on two doors, rebuild rear end, block sand entire truck, paint truck inside and out (not sure what color(s), rewire truck, and all the misc. stuff. Heck I'm almost done!!!

The one in the shop now is the truck I would
Like to drive to KC in 2018....

It's in a lot of pieces

But I figured if I don't spend anytime on bodywork
Or paint .......

Save me a lot of time !

Good tires , good brakes , dependable drive train ....
Oh yea AIR CONDITIONING !

we been pretty lucky with cool weather at SlickStocks
But I'm predicting a hot one next year

I have been cleaning my shop every day for the last 2 weeks! Hard core cleaning, throwing stuff away, hauling off scrap and blowing dust off everything. I have found the floor AND the tops of 4 work benches! Amazing.

I can now touch all sides of my unibody without having to reach over other stuff. Time to get back on it this winter. Let's see.....finish welding in the Industrial Chassis Dakota kit, fabricate and install the rest of the rear 4 bar, finish the engine mounts, rebuild the engine and tranny, big back window section to install, finish fabrication on the steering, make the exhaust, get basic body work done, plumb and wire everything.......cutting it close! Might make it if I don't paint anything and the engine build goes smoothly.

Can't wait to see everyone driving in with their freshly completed projects.

I always cringe when I see the countdown clock appear.
Guess I don’t like knowing something is timing me! Got to get
busy and get that work done on my truck! Engine refresh,
new gas tank install, Trans seals, hood swap, and some painting.
Lots to do! TR
