Where did you get them?

I had noticed something like that when I replaced my driver side pan but I really can't remember the details at this time. It all worked out well.

some mounts are bigger to fit over the factory ones, this may be the case.

Sweet! Another Y-Block. Plan to make it to National trails raceway near Columbus, Ohio during Labor Day weekend for the Y-Block Nationals. It's bracket racing so you don't have to worry about breaking your truck. You can drive it as you do on the street as you want, just be consistent. And there is money to be won. A first timer at the event can actually do very well; you're almost guaranteed to get something your first time.

And I found the thread. I did find a 1/4" difference between the replacement mounts and stock. Mine came from Carolina classics, too. Mine is nowhere near finished so I hope that difference doesn't come back to haunt me. I'm learning that there are many more subtle differences about unibodies, things that look the same but really aren't quite.
http://www.slick60s.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=6436&hilit=cab+mount

You'll notice toward the end of that thread that one of the members suggest cranking down on the cab mount to compensate for the difference. Don't do this. if all of your mounting components are in place, it's virtually impossible, anyway; there is a spacer tube to prevent that. Further, the replacement mounts and pans do not have a spacer tube that the stock pan/mount has. If you crank down on that bolt with repro parts, it will probably just dimple the floor further or pull through completely. You can see it in the spacer tube for the cab mount rubber assembly in a picture in that thread.

And if you need mounting rubbers for your uni:

my wife started me into this addiction by telling me (a former bumpside addict) that i needed something new. 1 turned in to 3 which doubled and doubled again, i had close to 20 here at one time, took a lot of free and very cheap parts trucks and sent several on to the crusher when they were nothing left but a shell.

there is no help, slickitis is terminal

got the cab mounts for my 63(not a uni) from carolina classics also. good mounts plenty thick metal but did have to do some modifying up and down and back to back on them. not sure why either me or the mounts were off a bit. i think a lot of the aftermarket stuff is fairly generic in regards to deminsions. if it were me i would make darn sure your cab is in the right place and go from there. if your mounts are way off obviously you've got a problem but other than that if the cab sits right thats what you want.

I was able to find these two on ebay last week. Thanks to Brian for decoding them, I was pretty sure they were for a unibody and they were. never installed.

at least the numbers on my old ones were legible, and i have the washer that goes in the cbore but the height and od are unable to be correctly measured on the 50 year old rubber.

Hope this helps. I didn't know how to visually show the county bore in the image so I had to add the photograph. It's 2 pennies deep which is 1/8 inch
