Intake gasket

Post by jeepbut »

I am changing out intake gasket on a 352 for the first time in 35 years. Those intakes weigh about three times more than they did 35 years ago. Got a much younger and much stronger man to help me. It still took both of us! Aluminum intake and a four barrel sounded pretty good about 6:00pm today.

Lyman!!! great to see you posting again... I know you do, but too infrequently. Hope this means you'll be there at SS with your truck! Looking forward to seeing and talking with you again.

I'm planning on bringing my truck to Salina. It's a little over 800 miles which I think myself and the truck can handle.
