Does anybody know if 60 ford pick up doors will fit on a 60 ford panel?

I don't know the definite answer to that question, so on that note, I'll just post some drool-worthy pics I've had stashed...because I'm the pic sorta guy! I'd love to have one of these...even if it is minus it's outer door handles.
