Town of Montgomery, Indiana. 2nd due for fire calls was the first new fire truck purchased by Montgomery.

with Gary. any Idea what tire and the tire size is on the white grass fire truck? it looks like the same 4wd set up on my 66, and I will be needing tires... eventually. :roll:

Tire size on that 3/4 ton were very probably 7.50X16 8 ply. Slight chance they may have been 8.25X16.

Used to be a 65 FireSlick that sat at the "Broncos" (kinda like a McDonalds but alot better) on 72 & Pacific in Omaha. They sold that locating to Runza and I don't know where it went from there. I see a few of them here & there around the country.

it took me 39 years to get to wear a pair of mickey mouse ears while shaking mickey's hand at the "magic kingdom" and i don't care if it takes me another 39 years, but i'm gonna own an old ford fire truck...that and see a rocket launch in person. then i can die happy.

Those are period correct aftermarket wide base camper rims in 16.5". The give away is the inner nubs on wheels.
