I'm with the rest of the crew, It's hard to beat a mother nature paint job....
Most pin stiping guys can paint the lettering to make it look like its as old as dirt.

They liked my cage this last weekend but I was told to add a little to it, that is why I went down to have it looked at. Here's what had to be added, diagonal from the main hoop to lowere right hand corner, continue the diagonal behind the seat and hoop to keep my foot in if the body was completely ripped off.

Scallops?
Either will look good, although the patina would make it stand out a little more. Don't think I have ever seen an competing LSR vehicle like that. Will save the Money and time doing the body work & paint.
