The year 2012 ATHS convention will be in Springfield Mass. I plan on being there if the Lord is willing, so may be I will see you there too.
Being the smallest state we don't get out too far. I work about 8 miles north of my house and don't go past that for any reason. Springfield is a haul @ 50mph but it is closer than SS. If you are going to be there-I will too. I'd love to see your N up close.
-Ask Chris[ezernut] my truck is NOT restored, just repaint on 9K survivor.
And thanks on your compliment-means alot.
-Steve.
Got it put together by this past Saturday, drilled out all holes, installed new original style headboard and........took it to the bodyshop this morning [in the rain ] They are going to remove bed and paint it, I'm supposed to pick it up Friday afternoon. Saturday after work, I'll add the wood floor and tailgate lettering and off to the show Sunday!
Josh, Tim called me this am- he cannot make Sundays show, but he'll bring his truck there for showing [my daughter says she will ' guard '
it for him]. I have yet to talk to John to see if he'll be there or not.
Today was the first time I've been on 95 with the 65. held 60-65 for 26 miles as perfect as perfect could be

Thanks,

You don't have to pre-register.
I think you went by the place when you came to Tims.
The field is on Route 14, 10 miles from Route 395 exit 88 and will be on your right. If you get to Carbuncle Pond, you've gone too far.
The event is non judging $5.00 + a canned good entry fee.
Depending on my wifes work schedule, I plan on being there at 7:00.

Holiday weekend NO TRUCK.

I've had 2 people recon this week, bed is off truck and out of sight [paintbooth? ]
Thanks for all of your PMs.
I am dying, the 20th the' 65 will have been there 4 weeks!

Just got off the phone with the shop owner, all primed, ready for paint!
said I want it by next weekend for Tims cookout, "I'll try my best but with the short week [holiday], I don't know, but will try"
My gut feeling- it won't be ready
-Steve
Our shop mgr just came back from picking up a motorhome there, recon:c/chassis is in storage, bed is in full prime and slated for sanding and paint tomorrow

Sound like the body shop I used to prep the bed. Took forever to get done had to say if you can't get it done I will come and get it. Then the guy has the nerve to say if you have any more work that needs to be done bring it on down. Don't think so!!!

When they did the cab 3 or 4 years ago they had it for 4 weeks and kept me updated, this time no communication at all- they do do fantastic work, but my next one, I'll do myself.
-Steve.
Why is it so hard to find someone to do good quality work in a reasonable amount of time. So many people out of work in this ecomony, but people that are still employed don't want to work.
