A couple weeks ago i took my truck to a local show and a guy had almost the same truck(if not the exact truck) It was by far the best restoration there. Flawless!! I wanted to meet the owner by he was not around. My favorate part was how the dash and firewall were kinda/sorta one peice. If you look under the hood you are looking at the back of the guages and switches. I wish I had taken pics of it.
Later I saw the owner sitting there so i headed over, as i got closer i realized --- I KNOW THIS GUY.. He is the gentlemen that bought my 53 2 dr ranchwagon last winter. He said he has not started the wagon project but has purchased nearly every repair panel for it and plans to drop a 460 in it. I then felt much better about selling my first car to a guy who gives so much attention to detail. Definately the large weight and the lump in my stomach that i have carried since the day he took it had both been removed.
