I work in the RV industry and have had layoffs for the past 4 years, first time in our 62 years of being in business, no raises in 5 years and no overtime, yet we have about 6 people who do not pull their weight at all and will not work like their jobs are on the line. I try too work like this is MY company AND want to see it survive but too many people just don't care.

Week 15 tomorrow
my recon guy saw the bed Friday, it is all blocked and ready for blue paint
, but the owner left on vaca for a week, my recon guy talked to someone in the shop, they are down to 2 workers from 20 something, Lisa told me 'just to wait for it to be done', can't really use it now 'til spring anyway.
I'll keep posted as progress goes on.
Whats killling me is I found a '64 F-350 dump near me and could buy with my paint money and resave until the '65 is done, or with my luck, I'd buy the 1 ton and my truck will be ready the next day.

Truth be known, it's been a cab/chassis since I bought it 3 or 4 years ago, my insurer would not let me insure it as an antique under restoration because in their eyes it wasn't 'legal', I have just regular truck insurance on it [yes they took my money ok for that]. So I'm gonna add the body, shoot some pics to my agent and drop him to another agent that handles Haggerty.
But at least I'll have a place to place my cooler and chairs when I go to a show. I really want it back this week so I can finish 'er up!

We actually had some last week for the day. 20 years ago we would have plowed 5 or 6 time by now. That global warming thing?
Gregg, do you have snow yet?, I've got a friend in Hardwick, Vt. will get it early and stays too late.
-Steve.
p.s.--Hope you can get your shelter up before your snow!

We got some snow in Washington St today. Spokane area had 3 inches in some places. I had less than an inch here at my house. Temps by next monday or tuesday are suppose to be in the single digtit. I guess that means winter finally got here in the northwest. Kind of early here.

So you are not going to drive your 4x4 in the snow?
Hey, I get it but it still sounds a funny. It's sort of like if I parked my Jeep for the winter, lol.
