Been working on my 62 some this past weekend. Welding up all the seams, stake pockets, and shaving the door handles. Also removing the drip rails. Still got a lot left to do. The 62 is a rust bucket and Im just playing with it.

My 63 is almost rust free for a Uni. Its tied up in the chasis shop waiting on powder coating.

I'm doing a very similar job on my uni'(removing gas tank, cougar IRS, IFS from a 1989 grand marquis, etc). Welding up most seams which I think makes it look better. Trying to put a 60/40 front seat in. Also moving the steering column over 1 3/4" to line up with the speepo. Are the more pics of yours?

Like it! Been welding up seams, stake pockets, etc, too. Still have to put in my big window section. Like the look you are getting.
