In my not so humble opinion, a front sway bar on a straight axle truck is the second most important thing you can do to it behind disk brakes.
Soooo, I just posted a "how to" for front sway bars with pictures for the 61-64 solid axle trucks in the How-To section if anyone is interested.
I built mine with all new stuff for about $40.00 US.
If anything isn't clear in the post, don't hesitate to ask questions.
Trust me, if you do this addition, you won't believe the difference in the way your old truck drives.
