My Brain Update

Post by Mr. D »

thanks to all members, that let me vent about things... :D

Know I realize why it takes me so long to accomplish a task. For example I installed a new stereo in "ol Blu" than a week later no sound. I finnaly decided to run brand new wires to the speakers and etc... After working on one speaker for 2 hours pulling and routing wire and tieying it together I have sound. Now I have to complete the other one.

A while back I posted about several injuries I received in the classroom. Well an MRI and neurological consult showed that I have "diffuse neurogenic damage to the frontal lobe of my brain. :!: (areas of cell death)

This is when the light went on that explains my symptoms  because this part of the brain is for thinking skills, decision making, emotions and personality also ties into my weakenss and fatigue. So the old saying it is all in your head is true

Well at least I have time to tinker around on ol blu,I just have to decide what I want to try and do, which is a chore in itself. I am thankful that I can do most the things and want and also that my Dad left me a great truck that is in excellent condition. ( It would be great if he was still around, most guys I talk to always say yea that wish the ol man was still around.)

Thanks for letting me rant and rave-Kelly

i am really sorry to hear that you have permanent damage from the injury.
i will not get into my opinions on the way things are in schools these days as this really is not the proper forum.
however i hope there is some legal action that you can take so the one who did this or the parents can be held responsible and pay thru the nose.
glad that you are able to do some things to your truck and as always i am here to help.
