I was trying to post pictures for the first time the pictures are to big oh well.I have welded both sides in place and looks ok, not to big of a deal.MAKE SURE IS SQUARE ,I got it within 1/16 of an inch. I used a 220v. mig welder w/ flux core wire. The plate is 1/4,and 3/8 inch thick make sure caster is right about 6 or7 degrees ACORDING to my front end man[younger brother].He said these front ends have alot of ajustment. I need some steering knuckles to hook up the rack/pinion.I'll try to get some pictures soon ,thanks for looking .T/D

Them towers gonna fit in your fenders? This reminds me of the Fox Mustang clip I saw someone do, a while ago..

That looks like it's gonna have a lot of leverage at the top of that plate, once you get the truck together...unless you're planning on cross bracing between the two sides somehow.
Maybe boxing the frame rails for 24" in front & behind that mount might help, so the frame doesn't twist.
