Back in 1987 I bought a '78 F-150 Super Cab LWB. The 400 in it was sick so I dropped in a 429 I was building for my '56 panel. I have put 240,000 miles on it. The odometer reads 320,000! This might be the last year I drive the truck as I spotted a '78 SWB stepside a few weeks ago. The body is better and I have a good drivetrain for it....
