This has to be the poorest add for a slick I have ever seen. Makes me want to run right out to see it.

Anyone got any that are better?

We get lots of snow? No where near like up state New York. Average Temp in Anchorage and snow fall similar to Boston, just darker. Colder where Ice is. They do not use any salt up here. Drive on ice 6 mo. of the year.
Ice seat looks like when you hit the brakes you have to crawl out from under the dash.

It's freeze-thaw cycles that cause rust problems. Consistent extreme cold is like vehicular freeze-drying... 8)

worst problem i see is the sand and gravel in the cab mounts and other areas like that.keep them drain holes cleaned out and they wont rust.
i have taken several trucks apart and unless they came here from the salt states i usually get most of the bolts off without a struggle.Kodiak is the rusty place, the salt from the ocean spray works hard there.
