How she looks now. doesnt look like much. i built it to be the AK-47 of slicks. simple, no frills, and reliable.

Engine as it sits now. the pot I had over the carb became the air cleaner cover. You can also see the bellcrank throttle linkage.

Another engine picture. Choke tube runs along the top of the exhaust manifold and then goes to the air cleaner.

battery tie downs. the wood is 3/4 cabinet plywood.

duraspark/ hei. the module is mounted on a computer heat sink.

looks good. Ive read a lot of info on using the hei module with the duraspark distributor.

do not, i say again, do not reverse the pickup wires. it will not run, but it will have spark, and it will confuse the heck out of you.
