What the heck does this mean?

Ok I'm confused, when I look at a thread it has this "UTC37Tuesday182707" I can only guess it's when it was supposed to be posted. Can someone please change this back to a real date and time so others can see when it was posted.

Thanks Ice i found it in the profile and corrected it. I still would like to get rid of the UTC, but don't see an option to get it off.
