Hey guys..I don't wanna spread rumors or anything, but I am a "fan" of IC on facebook, and I frequent their site, among many others...Here is what they are saying...Sounds like he is asking for our feedback, so might be good to let 'em know our wants/needs! http://www.industrialchassisinc.com/Web-blog/?p=440
I am going to be running a jag, but I know that many others here are wanting the dakota front end...
That's good news. While I will probably proceed with the CV in my crew cab (since I already have everything and plan to use a Modular engine that will bolt right in) I have plenty of other projects that could use the IC "Dakota-style" kit.
If you understand what you’re doing, you’re not learning anything.

Well Steve is the man. I was originally all gunned up for his Dakota IFS, but then found out it was not available, and so I went with the Jag IFS per his suggestion.
lol that is funny...seeing your posts about installing your Jag prompted me to install one! I do agree though, the Dakota is a nice install, and with the changes that might happen, it might be even better
this is from garbz but he told me that steve told him that the front end is coming back. its going to be a better set up and that it will also be a bolt in kit

Steve's Blog was last Updated: 06/27/20121 and he mentioned he was kind of disappointed in lack of response/hits regarding this, but sounds like he will still move forward. I'm not sure I like the CAST aluminum lower control arm idea though....forgings would be much better, but likely cost prohibitive for runs as small as this?
