Pate Swap Meet 2012

The Pate Swap Meet at Texas Motor Speedway is April 26-29. We have 22 spaces reserved for this year and a ton of good times and parts hunting, buying, and selling going on. Bring your lawn chair and come see us. We refer to Pate as our "Mini Slick Stock South" since so many Slick members are there. And as a reminder, there is a cookout at PFM Chris's on Friday night that is always a good time, too. Our spaces are on row 11 and 12 to the left as you enter the swap meet from the parking area. Come see us and have a great weekend looking for what ever you might need. Be sure and wear your walking shoes, it is a big meet. TR

This year I have put together the following schedule or what is currently planned. I am still having a Friday Night get together out at my house for some food, drinks and BS. If you want a map to my house I will have them at Pate or you can PM me for a copy. If you want to bring something bring it. I will have BBQ Hambugers, chicken and some potato salad. I will also have drinks.
Schedule:
Pate Swap Meet
My (Chris W) Schedule
Thursday 4-26-10
8:30 AM – Snooty Pig for Breakfast
9:30 AM – Arrive and Setup at Pate
12:30 am – Babe’s Chicken Lunch. Come one come all…
5:00-6:00 pm – Pack up and Leave
Friday 4-27-10
7:30 AM – Snooty Pig for Breakfast
8:30 AM – Arrive and Setup at Pate
5:00 PM - Pack up and head to my house for BBQ and BS session. Come one come all I will hand out maps at Pate
Saturday 4-28-10
7:00 AM - Snooty Pig for Breakfast
8:00 AM – Arrive and Setup at Pate (get there early if your driving (vendors) in they will shut the gate early on Saturday)
6:00 PM – Pack up and rest
Sunday 4-29-10
Who the heck knows… It has been fun and a Long Weekend. Most people pack up this day some bargains can be found but it’s mainly a ghost town by mid afternoon.
All of the above is bound to change but shouldn’t change by to much…. If I’m not around come sit a spell anyhow….

To everyone that bought there spaces via me this year, I have mailed your stuff to you yesterday so they should be there by weeks end. Together we have 22 spaces for fun this year. If anyone wants in on the fun next year (as far as getting your own spaces) let me know I will have to have the money before June 1st. No garentee we can expand more than what we have now. I have tried last 2-3 years and no luck.

This week it is ... Wow it came up fast. Sorry to say the Crewcab won't be there but it is still on track for Slick Stock in August. This is gonna be fun can't wait to see everyone again.
