Media blasting and body shop recommendations Reno

Hey guys I'm looking for a good recommendation in the northern nevada area to take the 65 to get media blasted and also get the body work and paint done. Any recommendations would be awesome! Also I'm not really sure of any groups or clubs in our area for F100's or trucks in general. Any heads up on those would be cool.

The only guys I even know about would be Blast Bros in Sacramento. I have not used them but have been concidering taking a run up there and checking them out.
Let me know if you find some one you can recomend for body work.

My buddy owns a body shop and I trust him to do the work...only problem is that he is super busy doing quick easy insurance jobs that it might be a while before he can squeeze me in. I found a couple places out here that can do the blasting but their prices seem a bit high for what I need done
