Difference in rear lowering shackles

Post by Blue64F100 »

All I keep finding is lowering shackles for the 65's and up. Whats the difference between the 65 and the 64 rear shackles?

I want to lower this thing but I keep coming up empty handed.

I used lowering shackles for the '65-66 on my '64 with no problems. I had to grind a small amount, about 1/16 off of the shackle mount. It worked fine.
