Tom: I already have the JULY issue, so the April issue has been out for quite awhile:)

Jamesdfo, I get the magazines second hand so some are a couple months old when I get them , then I need time to read them, then I pass them on. It is called ( 2016 ENGINE MASTERS CHALLENGE ) page 34 .Tom
