I'm way down south so it's a long way from me, Alan and John are a little closer but still far enough away. It's done a fair bit of damage to a beautiful part of australia, but so far the people up that way are safe. I haven't heard of any major injury which is astonishing considering how destructive the cyclone was.

Yes thanks, im half way between Sydney and Melbourne...Hurricane is in Queensland (state) ..im further south in New South Wales (state)

Luckily Im far enough away from that area..

Got friends up that way...,

Hurricane is Far North Queensland....but storms n torrential rain storms are inundating southern Queensland. Loys of foodig up that way..

it was not good. I travelled the other direction in the truck with Comet, I was in Adelaide racing when that hit, lucky we didnt get any effects over there. but at home in Sydney plenty of rain, was still raining when I got home the other day. John

Yeah I think that was about 2,000 km's north of us, we sure have had some rain though and heavy !, Thanks for your concerns though Orange ! :thumright:
