every day it pushes it one step on saying hell with it and crush everything here due to the people who have no consideration on what some of these old type salvage yards do. and we are no exception,,, especially when somebody orders a part and gets it then lies about what he ordered, so here it is FOR YOU IN DALLAS, NC +++ Few others that thinks I have to bow down and kiss their A$$ and because of people like you that is why so many have said heck with and crushed everything and people like you in DALLAS, NC makes it bad for all the others including us when trying to find truck parts Especially when all these companies like LQK, and Etc. do not care about these trucks. Me personally I don't want to put up on a pedestal or whatever but everyday it's closer I will just call the crusher it.. OH BY THE WAY If your here I don't like the cussing to Kathy and that's why she hung on you...

Just once like to see somebody try this side of the fence < put up with some of rudest customers you ever seen, snakes, ticks, other varmits, ice, rain,, snow 100+ weather, part suppose to be off in 20 minutes takes 4 hours > , Then Govt. with all the rules on bringing trucks in, now local Govt. adding new rules and picking out certain ones while they look at others they other way, Oh then how many others during the day you have to watch how you answer the phone so the scammers do not con you into something on the way you answer the phone

Now this is for everybody when you answer the phone and ask if this is you and do not recognize the # DO NOT SAY YES Cause then they got you

We don't even use our house phone now, only for incoming calls that we know. The answering machine takes the rest
and most often than not, these unknown callers don't leave a message. What they are also doing is finding out when your home
and pass that on to a third party, so they can call and try to annoy the crap out of you. and yes Tom.. don't say yes to them !... grubs !

Sometimes people have legitimate complaints ...
But that is no reason to lie & cuss
If a person isn't happy , most companies try to make em happy
The guy must have really been a azzhole to make you feel this way Tom

OH Yes some complaints like
why is it taking so long cause some parts might take 4-5 hours to pull,
you told us one thing and was sent something else everything is written down when calling in and if Kathy has a she comes to me about it
we hear this as far as damage, we have had not 1 single damage claim in 3 + years
people call us and complaining about a part or whatever and then find out called the wrong company or say our invoice shows this and then after awhile find out the invoice is not even ours but they are so quick to bitch at us, this happens at least 2 times a week
little things like this build up and that's why some companies go out of business OR have other people deal with the public since in last few years its about Me, Me, Me, Not what some go through

Pat it's just a rant but it can get under your skin

I get you ...

I run a public water district...
There are times when something happens (broken main line)
It's just something that happens ... nobodies fault
We flush after repair... but can't get it all
Sure enough ... most people understand
Then there will be the one customer ......
Chews my azz about dirty water ...
Then will say something like ...
"It's been like this the last 10 days"
Uh...it just happened 3 day ago
"Well mine has been like this for a week & a half"
Why are you just calling now then ?
"It's gotten worse"

I certainly hope venting helps and you decide to stay. There are all kinds of people who like to feel important on the phone, but change their tune when you present them with the facts or stand up to them.
Keep the faith there are those of us that support you guys, either by ordering, or steering folks to your site

Gary we have really some nice customers and patient ones,, finished a order last week that was 5 months old, reason trans had to be pulled, driveshaft, flywheel, spacer plate, shifter, passing gear, column rebuilt, all disc brakes off a 250 pulled, all power steering parts, then build a crate, then put up with some awful weather, then put up with getting a rate for trucking co. then add shows, picking up trucks out west, few times middle of night to help backup the rollbacks in our area with some serious wrecks then onto all other things to ship out and then add to someone wanting to complain about what takes so long is what is our biggest rant,, I can say one thing is that we love trucks and if I ever loose that love it will be bad.. Finally as of today we have one order left that will then catch us up, But will change tomorrow since before we left for FORD Carlisle took several orders that requires parts etc. to be pulled or cut off.. Month of June we have are annual salvage yard inspection by the county so that takes a lot of time out of us, my 72 crew is going on its 4th year with no engine and vow to do this month so Thanks Gary and all others here that are patient and not all about ME,ME

The plan is to be slick stock, Lord willing etc.
